ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME):
- Applicants Must have written and sat for the JAMB 2025 UTME
Entry Requirements:
Applicants Must possess a minimum of 5 O’level credits from SSCE (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
PROCEDURE FOR THE PURCHASE OF FORM
1. Pay a non-refundable application fee of Twenty Five Thousand Naira (N25,000) only into any of the following bank accounts:
A. Eco Bank :
- Account Name: Iyienu Hospital School of Nursing.
- Account Number: 2182038360
B. Akwuchukwu Microfinance Bank:
- Account Name: Iyienu Mission Hospital, School of Nursing.
- Account Number: 1180000933
2. After making payment, upload the payment teller details to this link portal: https://www.iyienusonam.co.uk/submit-teller
3. Once your teller is uploaded and payment confirmed, an automatic generated pin will be sent to your mail. This pin gives you access to your form.
4. Click on the link below and enter your pin to fill the admission form:

5. After filling the form and uploading all necessary documents, submit the form and print out your exam slip.
6. Your printed slip contains all details of your exams. Keep the slip as it gives you access to the exam hall.
EXAMINATION DATE
- Exam has been slated to hold on the 20th August, 2025 while oral interview holds Friday 22nd August, 2025.
