The Seflam SGL 2025 Graduate Trainee Program offers an expansive range of entry-level positions across multiple departments, reflecting the company’s broad, multidisciplinary operations within the oil and gas industry. Key departments participating in this year’s intake include Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC), where trainees will be exposed to industry standards, inspection protocols, and compliance monitoring essential for maintaining operational excellence.

Other core areas include Maintenance, where candidates will learn to manage and optimize the performance of critical mechanical systems and infrastructure, and Project Management, which offers hands-on experience in planning, executing, and delivering technical projects within budget and on schedule.
