Logistics Assistant – Zamfara State
PUI is recruiting a Logistics Assistant for its field operations in Zamfara State. The ideal candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering. Applicants must also possess between three and ten years of professional experience, preferably in logistics roles within NGOs, development agencies, or private sector supply chains.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting logistics activities including procurement, warehouse management, transport coordination, and inventory control. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a security-sensitive environment are essential.

Logistics Assistant – Borno State
A second Logistics Assistant role is open at PUI’s operational base in Borno State, where the organization has maintained a significant humanitarian presence. Applicants are required to possess a Bachelor’s Degree in logistics or a related discipline and should have three to ten years of experience in similar roles involving supply management, fleet oversight, procurement procedures, and warehouse administration.
Candidates with experience working in conflict-affected regions and understanding of humanitarian logistics standards will be given priority. The position requires excellent communication, planning, and reporting skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software tools.

Logistics Officer – Katsina State
PUI is also recruiting for the role of Logistics Officer in Katsina State. This position carries additional responsibilities compared to the Logistics Assistant role and is targeted at professionals with strong logistics coordination experience. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree and between three and ten years of relevant field experience, preferably with international NGOs or large-scale logistics operations.
The Logistics Officer will oversee procurement planning, vendor management, asset tracking, fleet management, and operational compliance. Candidates must be familiar with donor logistics guidelines and able to supervise logistics teams effectively in field locations.
