Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Assist in embryology and IVF-related laboratory procedures
Handle gamete preparation, fertilization procedures, and embryo culture
Support quality control and maintenance of lab equipment and records
Observe strict adherence to standard operating procedures and ethical guidelines
Participate in ongoing training and knowledge-sharing sessions
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in patient sample handling
Support senior embryologists with research and data documentation
Requirements
What You Bring:
Minimum of a B.Sc. in Biological Sciences or related field
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in a laboratory or medical setting
Strong understanding of laboratory management principles
Familiarity with IVF and embryology techniques (e.g. ICSI, cryopreservation)
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
Willingness to undergo intensive on-the-job training and mentoring
Strong communication and teamwork skills
