Job Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level operational, legal, and administrative support to the CEO. This role is central to the efficient management of executive functions, calendar coordination, stakeholder communications, strategic project execution, and compliance oversight.
The ideal candidate must have strong legal or policy research skills and demonstrate initiative, confidentiality, and organizational precision.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel logistics

Draft and proofread high-level correspondence, reports, and legal documents

Coordinate internal and external communications with stakeholders, board members, and partners
-
Conduct legal and policy research to support strategic decision-making

Track regulatory and governance compliance for the executive office

Support board meeting preparations, legal consultations, and stakeholder follow-ups

Handle confidential information with discretion

Manage special projects and ensure timely delivery of executive tasks
Qualifications & Experience
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B), Public Administration, Political Science, Business Management, or related fields

Minimum of a Second Class Upper; First Class is an added advantage

3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, legal advisory, or administrative management role

Strong research abilities in governance, legal, or policy-related issues

Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, document preparation, and digital collaboration tools

Ability to work flexible hours and manage frequent stakeholder engagements

Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters

Salary
₦350,000 – ₦400,000 monthly
