Job Summary
We’re hiring a Store/Warehouse Officer who knows how to run a tight, well-documented operation — and who’s confident using ERP tools to track inventory and generate stock reports.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Receive, inspect, and record goods in ERP system
- Issue materials using ERP inventory modules
- Track stock balances and update ERP records daily
- Maintain accurate data on item movements and stock levels
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP reports regularly
- Support procurement with inventory data from ERP
- Keep warehouse tidy, secure, and audit-ready
Requirements
What You Bring:
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant discipline
- 2–3 years of store or inventory experience
- Proficient in using ERP or inventory management software
- Solid attention to detail and record accuracy
- Good physical condition and warehouse management skills
- Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
Salary
₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
