Job Summary
The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking and serving orders, answering menu questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
They will maintain a clean and organized work area, process payments, and assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and seat guests promptly
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized table and work area
- Process payments and handle the POS system
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification
- 1–2 years of experience as a waiter or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic payment processing
- Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Lives in or near Lekki for easy commute
Salary
₦100,000 – ₦120,000 Monthly
